Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac and Jalen Suggs fully participated in Monday’s practice, coach Jamahl Mosley said.

It was Suggs’ first time being a “full go” in practice since exiting the Nov. 25 home loss to the Philadelphia 76ers with right ankle soreness.

Isaac, who hasn’t played in an NBA game in more than two years, has been practicing with the Magic and the organization’s G League affiliate — the Lakeland Magic — for the past month.

I have no clue how Mosley plans to manage this.

When those two guys return, Magic will have 11 players who all think they should in the regular rotation and I'm not including the high energy guys like Kevon or Admiral in that. Nor am I including Ross or Hampton or Houstan.

They are very quickly about to have more bodies than rotation spots.

Yeah. I could see us taking some time to iron out a ten man rotation and then playing good basketball to end the season on a high note.

Not sure about the offense with these two on the court but the defense would be suffocating

I'm absolutely fascinated to see where Isaac is at. I expect basically nothing, but would love to be surprised.

that's some heavy reinforcements coming to a team that's been largely productive until very recently...exciting. Let trade season begin.

It may take the rest of the year but I expect a near return to the defensive presence he provided… just a bit different as I don’t expect him to be able to switch on everything anymore. The offense is the big mystery to me.

Im gonna temper my expectations with JI for his first 10 games or so.

Im not expecting the same JI right away who flies from one side of the court to the other while blocking shots at the rim right away

Glad to see good progress. January usually begins the tremendous slide down the losses vs wins chart that we've come so accustomed to seeing on this board. It sure would be great to see the opposite happen this year, buy even if it doesn't happen it's great to have almost an entirely healthy roster for once

We have to package players and make a trade/s starting with Ross, Harris, and Bamba. We have at least 2 rookies coming too

I was one of few on our board that loved the potential of Isaac. For me it was the balance in which he moved. A potential line up with Suggs and Isaac is the game changer if they can stay healthy at the same time. Teams will have an extremely hard time feeling comfortable on offense especially with Bol lurking on the weak side. I'll be excited to see it even for only a few games.

Its amazing how the new year has changes. But it aftually is just another day haha

I could see a Bamba/Ross trade and the team sending Houstan to the G League if they have to. If Suggs and Isaac are indeed healthy I’m sure the team will prioritize seeing them with the remaining time this season over anything else so they can assess if they fit long term (and potentially get any trade values up). I think the Magic will be active this offseason and need intel on how many spots they have to fill.

While I don’t think they will give him away necessarily, I very much think the Magic are ready to move on from Bamba.

Harris/ Cole
Franz/ JI
Paolo/ Bol
WCjr/ Wagner

Ross and Bamba can be used here and there but pretty much out of rotation. Its gets a little harder if Chuma comes back but Im honestly not expecting him back anytime soon.

I like this rotation a lot, but I think we need to trade Bol with Bamba and Ross if JI is legit back. Creates a roster spot for whoever we receive.

The team needs to evolve around Paolo and Franz as a whole. I know this will be a tough task with players returning, but if I'm Mosley and front office that's my baseline approach.

The good thing about Isaac and Suggs is they're good at being role players. I liked how Suggs was taking less shots before he got injured.
