The defense was excellence from everyone for the most part. So many good reads on the off ball actions of the Warriors.

I'm afraid to say it but I'm going Paolo, Fultz, Franz.

I just think Paolo gave us offence we would've died without while Fultz gave us defence that we would've found somewhere else. Still, 16, 7, 5, and 6 is a crazy stat line.

I went with our super rookie as he was putting on a show. Not gonna lie if Fultz would have hit one 3 i would have gone with him for controlling the game as he had 6 steals with ZERO fouls.

I love that all starters were focussed on basketball being played on both ends of the court. Yes Fultz is running away with this, but there are 3 or 4 vest-worthy efforts from Magicians in this game!

My thoughts:
F-Wagner dominated Wiggins in the box-score and that is why I voted him
Fultz "proved" he can be all that is asked for on defense, whilst also leading a team to a win
Banchero for another wow game.


To Anthony: excellent bench effort. A real A+ here!

To Ross: a quite box-score where he was always there to make sure other players make plays. He was all-lollypop in this game for doing all the stuff that isn't in the box score (creating space, not making bone-head mistakes, etc.).

I gave Paolo the vest because he was unstoppable last night. He had it rolling all sorts of ways and if it wasn't for the Magic being in control in the 2nd half he could have had 40 easily.

Fultz has a tremendous all around performance so he gets cummerbund. He had them out of sorts defensively and aggressive on offense.

Franz being Franz gets the mittens.

Tough one tonight but have to go with Paolo, starting to take him for granted but he's carrying us, refs were letting them play but he still managed to score efficiently.

Franz was great in the 4th, Cole gave us great minutes on both ends and so did Fultz, good game overall.

Hopefully we take our time with Bol Bol, the team is way better defensively when he doesn't play.

Fultz had a monster stat line but watching Paolo last night was like watching a superstar. I voted for him.

Fair enough. I thought it was a very solid team effort all around. Cole (I’m not a fan), Suggs and even Ross had solid outings too.

Markelle imo doesn’t get enough credit for what he brings to this team. He hustles, pushes the tempo and relieves Paolo and Franz from their playmaking duties.

And yes, I too have my doubts whether or not that will offset his lack of shooting for us to be successful in the long run..

Fultz had an amazing game, both Paulo and Franz delivered above average games as well. We are spoiled by the "low bars" they have. "oh just another 20/19+ PPG".

If Paulo doesn't score when he does as well as he does we possibly lose this game as Lamb pulls GSW away from us. I like seeing Fultz this aggressive and if he can continue this level of aggression even without the state lane ill warm up to him.

The fact that Paulo doesn't have more vests is a testament to how much we undervalue him I think, and also how important it is that we have 1 other player (notice the 1st is Franz) besides him and Franz that needs to step up on any given night for us to win.

Some wins came during Paolo's injury period. I don't think it's a matter of undervaluing him and more a matter of this team being a continuity disaster to start the season. I would wager he finishes the season clearly ahead in vests and total points. I also expect his RPM/Raptor to flip positive as well. What I really wonder is if he'll finish the season ahead in win shares... Franz seems to be the front runner there.
