A big man to fill Bamba's spot but probably won't play much.

Bitadze hasn't been very good in his NBA career thus far, but he's still only 23.

Could be a decent "2nd draft" guy. Or he could be nothing. Certainly the kind of developmental guy you want in a 3rd center.

I suspect many, many here would say yes. And this is basically what we fans get.

Interesting. Stats wise the closest comp that comes up for me is 2022 Naz Reid. Looks like a hustle big that hits the offensive glass, moves the ball, chucks threes, gets some blocks, and fouls a lot.

If I had to guess... Bitadze's new contract will have a fully non-guaranteed second year for the minimum tacked on it.

170 games played in four years. He was set to head into RFA when the Pacers opted to waive him at the deadline when they made some trades.

I actually really liked him in the draft. I had him ranked as my No. 1 center that year. He just didn't pan out.

Just watched his highlight videos. High energy, physical, smart… I already like him better than Bamba.
