Who do you want in the draft?

Like literally everyone else, it changes daily ( or with each new workout videos lol )

As of now, it is Hendricks and George. Both of them shoot the 3 ball better than average and they both complement the existing talent. Meaning they can play alongside our personnel as well as backing them up.

Ask me again when new videos showing Ausar shooting 30 straight 3s and Cam losing 10lbs while killing agility drills and I might change again.

I like Wallace, Dick, Whitmore, Hendricks, George

I'll pass on Grady Dick aka "bet", "on god", "fr", "my shots wet though", "bruh".

Watched him on YouTube and this kid reminds me of all these 16 year old kids with perms & crucifix earning wearing gymshark. Go to LA instead.

Just an old man yelling at the clouds post. He's only a kid, but he reminds me soo much of my daughters boyfriend (his vocabulary and mannerisms) and I cant stand it. I'm only 38 but these Gen Z kids like Dick annoy the sh** out of me.

I dont necessarily agree with this (although I don't hate it) but I have a sneaky suspicion we are targeting Dereck Lively at #11.

Think we will target a wing at #6 and after that, theres really only minutes available at the backup C spot and he fits the bill. Plus he is kind of ahat we need at backup C.

What makes you have this suspicion?
Did you speak to Weltman?:)

The Magic could also use a forward to back up Franz Wagner and Banchero.
I don't have a lot of confidence in Okeke and Bol.
Although Okeke was a servicable player in College.

If the Magic draft a SG at #6, it makes all the sense in the world to draft GG Jackson or Jarace Walker at #11. Orlando must proceed expecting Isaac and Okeke to be non-factors. Orlando needs backup forward depth. In a big, bigly way.

Walker will most likely not be available at 11.
GG Jackson apparently has a bad body language.

I would say they go forward at 6 and guard at 11.
Just my opinion of course.

I agree the Magic should look to a player with starter potential at 6. That probably means Taylor Hendricks or Cam Whitmore at 6. At 11 there will be a shooter available. Keyonte George or Jordan Hawkins are reaches at 11, perhaps, but they are "winners" and would be excellent bench players. And heck: maybe Dick slides to 11.

Just ignore A Thompson, Nick Smith, and Cason Wallace, and the Magic will be just fine this draft.
