Naaaah.MoeW ia still needed. Bolbol and okeke are sent packing while the regular 20game miss of wcj plus the unreliability of JI means MoeW and Vuc is practically needed.

Yep. Moe is better suited backing up the 4 anyways

Yup... he is a PF/C version of TRoss. When he is on, he is on. We kinda need that scoring punch on the bench when one of PB/Franz is sitting down.

Anthony-g.Harris-Wagner(Dick)-Hendricks(Isaac)-Vucevic

this would not be a bench, would be a war machine
find a team with 50% RS win as target,so freaking deep.

No thanks to Vic. Love the guy but I can’t stand his non intensity game play. He just plays nonchalantly on defense. We need a mean stud in that position, not a softy

so basically somebody imaginary, cause i'm looking at free agency....ain't nobody like that.....might as well stick with goga/mo

Paul Reed could be an option.

Things are getting scary in Chicago. I think they might try to pawn some players off on us. Then again, Weltman could take the Bulls GM back out to the woodshed.

Vuc/Moe W would be the worst rim protection ever tbh

I'd much rather throw $60m at Brook Lopez that was the runner-up for Defensive player of the year.

Yup.... opponents know those 2 wouldnt even jump to try and contest their layups. At best MoeW tries to draw a charge.

I mean why double down on a center position? then you have to give those centers playing time even if you split it 24/24 its not enough...not to mention teams tend to play small ball more often so it means ..30+ minutes to a center or centers...(15/15 lol) rest of the minutes from c position goes to small ball center usually a forward..

look at Nuggets they traded for Thomas Bryant Everybody said...WOW what a great move finally a great backup for Jokic :o...
guess what...
Thomas Bryant doesnt play at all...because main minutes ofc go to Joker and rest of the minutes they play small...

so obviously I woudnt bring Vuc back ...
as I dont see a point of wasting money salary cap space on a center position
either get someone better than CArter or Vuc or stay put

I agree.
Speaking of Bryant, that's a guy I wouldn't mind bringing in for the backup center spot. Him and Mo off the bench would be very energetic, hustle tandem.

We already have Goga for the defensive backup C role. Much better to get a C with a different skillset no?

I feel like better opportunities will come up for Vuc. There will be some big player movement and he might be able to join a contender. My guess is Phoenix or the Clippers.

I wasnt a Vuc fan back than, and I wont be a fan of him even in backup role.

Sure Vuc would be a great backup C but he isnt solving our needs at backup C. We really need a good rim protector. Someone who people are afraid to drive by.

Also I dont really trust the whole backup C thing. I can see Vuc having 1 good game and WCJr having a subpar game and all ths sudden Vuc is the starter. Plus what does this move say to WCJr. Lets use our cap space better.

I also am starting to think its incredibly likely that we draft Dereck Lively at #11.
Stop playing Fultz
Play AB and Goga

I'd rather draft Walker.

I hope Vuc doesn't stalk Weham at 6:01 on June 30th.

I wouldn’t mind Vuc back. We need shooting and rebounding. He does both.

With the way the NBA is going, im going back on having a defending backup C... teams are scoring 130pts a game. Its a shootout.

With Vuc as the backup C, this means he will feast on the bench players. He wont get defended by the starting Cs in the league but instead their 6'9 high leapers F/C.

Besides if you look at our bench, its basically Cole and MoeW doing the shameless chucking.

You want a 6'6 undersized PF to moonlight the backup C role?

He probably prefers Isaiah Thomas at centre over Vuc.

He's bigger than Draymond Green. I think he'll be better than Vuc and cheaper.
