I liked him A LOT back in January and he's since fallen way off, but in order to salvage my sanity, I'm going to try to believe in him. Even if all he does is spot up and drain 3s. We desperately needed a floor spacer.

I thought we will pick the other Michigan player. Howard fits with his skill set but i worry about defense. First a football/basketball player and then Michigan player, Weltman couldnt be more predictable.

One of the biggest wtf moments in my 20 years of Magic draft. hope he really wasn't this slow because of a small injury. Will cheer for him ofcourse. But the guy looks like a snail out there.

Magic board: We should draft a scorer. It is way easier to teach defense than to teach offensive skill.

Magic board after drafting a scorer/shooter: OMG he sucks at defense, what a terrible pick.

I think he has a lot of work to do on the defensive side, but I think he's going to be a really nice connective piece interchangeable with Franz.
