A lot of doom and gloomers in here and around magic twitter disappointed with the team have to remember one thing, this could(possibly) be our last time picking in the lottery for a while.

The Magic aren’t looking or shooting for star players in this draft. They already have that in Franz and Paolo.

Anthony black is gonna provide some nice defense length and playmaking ability off the bench, and could possible become the long term starting guard for us.

Jett is the shooter people have been begging for for years and just cause his last name isn’t dick people are disappointed??

Shoutout to the magic fans that are excited and pumped for the future cause remember the guys the Magic have drafted are here to help the team be even greater , not be the saviors of the franchise.

All you have to say is remember what it was like around here last year when we didn't draft Chet or Jabari.

Black has a high ceiling too, if he ever learns how to shoot. Its just that Ive grown sick of PGs that cant shoot, and im sure many here feel the same way. Still, I am not crying about the pick.

This is one of those picks where if he figures out how to shoot he can be a star. Love his ability to get to the rim and his efficiency finishing or drawing fouls. Paolo+Black could probably put a lot of pressure on opposing bigs, getting them in foul trouble. Franz is very good driving to the rim as well.

Shooting is going to be a struggle for this team. Lets hope Paolo is ready to shoot closer to his college %s next season, and if Suggs can up his %s a little bit.

Black, some minor improvement from our players, and a shot blocker on the bench could see this team becoming top 10 in DRTG as soon as next season.

Suggs-Black-Franz-Paolo-WCJ is pretty versatile, and will be an interesting line up to watch. Lets hope Suggs is ready, i am hoping for a 14-5-5 statline next season on slightly improved shooting %s.

Jett and Dick are very similar players. My feeling is they chose Jett over Dicks personality and because of Jett's pedigree. I don't have a problem with that.

Nothing against Dick but he seems like one of these New age hipsters.

I know on the exit interviews management mentioned maturity as important. Jett seems much more mature than Gradey.
