They have not had an official sideline reporter since Emily Austen got fired for some remarks she made back in 2016. Dante Marchitelli has filled this role a bit in between when he is hosting.

Mackenzie Thirkill filled the social media role for a few years and did some Inside The Magic specials but she disappeared.

It's good that they will have a Sideline Reporter again.

I've seen her on WESH. She's genuine and talented.

Saw her interview with the Sixth Man and she seems fun and talented. Hopefully she brings that good luck that she did reporting for the Chiefs and Bucks. Good luck, looking forward to all the content Lord willing.

We basically had Dante at home and Jeff on his bad hips/legs on the road handle this for a while now. Both already have their own full time duties.

So this has been a needed addition for a while. Kendra already has a really good CV. Could potentially take this gig and become a national NBA voice if it goes well.

I'm surprised the organization hired anyone. They are so cheap that I thought they'd just have someone do multiple jobs
