Thought he deserved this thread, was an important assistant for us for a while! Somehow only realized recently he was Mike Malone's dad.
RIP.

It's been a tough year for SVG. First, his wife and now his buddy Brendan. I remember they used to go to movies and concerts together.

Coach Malone saw me play pickup once during his time here. For a few minutes he coached me and it's the closest I ever felt like an NBA player. In fact, I still remember what he told me and use it to this day when I play.
