Let's go!! start off strong! I think we're pretty evenly matched truth be told.

Run them off the three point line, a lot of their guys were bottom in the league last year in two point percentages.

Crazy hyped. Going into this game with pretty favourable expectations. If we play to our best, we'll win. I'd love to see us make a strong start to kick off the season this year after the 5-20 debacle we sat through last time around.

Houston is talented and brought in some vets. It'll be tough but I'm confident our guys are ready.

I just want them to start off really well and everyone stay healthy. So hyped for this team. Go Magic!!!

Jeff Green is still playing? Didnt he just win a chip woth DEN?

Is he doing what he did in ORL, getting a 1 yr huge deal for salary cap purpose?

Yeah, except for Sengun, i think their SL happily just bombs away from the 3pt line

Super interested in Jabari’s development. He looked like a monster during summer league and he continued his hot shooting in the preseason. He just looks so much more comfortable and confident out there. Regular season is a different thing though. Let’s see how this game goes.

My peeps from non-USA based podcasts really stomped Vleet's performances from last year.
Hell, most people i value opinion about basketball tend to hate on this version of Houston with passion .

Objectivlly, Houston is top 5 worst teams we can face this year.

I wonder how Paolo will defend Jabari? Will he chase him to the 3pt line a lot?

We’ll see if they change it up, but based on how the Rockets handled their final preseason game, it does not appear Cam Whitmore is immediately going to be in their rotation.

Maybe that changes, but I’m not expecting him to play rotation minutes tonight.

If we play our best, I think we win most nights. It's the 6 from 40 from 3 nights that are going to kill us. if we shoot 35% from 3 as a team we will beat most teams. Our defense is good, particularly defending the perimeter and shooters. knock on wood.

First Time in i Guess,ten years,that i have not that "oh **** here we go again"feeling at start of the season.

Looking forward to the Green/Suggs matchup.

Will also be interesting to see how many minutes Isaac gets.

And of course the Jabari / Paolo narrative.

P.s. gonna be fun watching Paolo, Chet, and Jabari grow... they might turn into one of the best top 3 draft picks in a while!
