Vest - Paolo Banchero
His shot was falling.
His attacks are getting better and better.
He dished out 10 freakin assists.
I saw the return of Paolo's high arch jumpshot form tonight. A shooting form is like at least four or five different major variables all at once, and the arc is one that was missing in Banchero's first couple games or so. Tonight, Paolo shot it at a just fine efficiency to get the wins you need to go all the way.
Cummberbund - Franz Wagner
He couldn't quite reach the 20+ points figure that outnumbers the number of FGA's, but he was at that figure until the 4th quarter when the Magic started folding under pressure to the Lakers.
Then Franz Wagner stepped up to lead in the 4th, got aggressive, and scored more in the 4th quarter than he's done in past seasons (even if inefficiently). As well as stopped being a player who goes long stretches without scoring like he did in the past too.
I think there was a high number of Franz hockey assists too, maybe.
Mittens - Almost wanted Anthony Black, but I give it to Goga Bitadze because from the VERY first possession he blocked Anthony Davis and set the damn tone of what kind of presence he will be. His stat line says it all.
