What's the difference between the in-season tournament and the playoffs?

The In-Season Tournament literally means nothing. There's nothing at stake other than some extra cash for the players and coaches.

It shouldn't be prioritized at all until the NBA creates some actual stakes.

Bah Suggs out! 3 starters down! Are we already one of the most injured teams again?

Unfortunately, I'm expecting the Magic to get beat tonight. Perhaps blown out.

We all knew injuries would come and create minutes for the rookies.

I hate to say I told you so with the injuries, Knightro, but the logjam discussion ad naseum during the offseason always becomes null 2 weeks into the season with this team.

Respectfully, think about it, playoffs mean something because of compensation and prestige. They matter because we believe they matter. The in-season tournament is working with the same raw material. Saying it doesn't matter is short-sighted and misses the point of why playoffs matter in the first place.

Can't wait to see the winner of an in-season tournament miss the playoffs.

Will be sad without Suggs. Just being honest.

Probably a L.

I think the Magic would probably lose even if they were healthy.

Hard to beat the same team twice in a row in their building and DeRozan is back.

If Jett doesn't play, that means he's way down on the depth chart. Houstan has looked better.
