What is Anthony Black's ceiling? I know another AB thread

I know I am a big fan. So I post a lot. Please bear with me.
AB was on fire tonight, 23 points, 6 rebs, 1 assist plus 4 steals (And 5 TOs

)
He was lighting it up on the 3pt line going 4 for 6.
Franz even mentioned AB was in the gym before and after practices all the time. That tells me something
To be honest, coming into this season, I was a big Markelle fan hoping him to have a break out year before his contract extension. But that didn't happen. It seems slim that Markelle is going to take his spot in this franchise for the upcoming future.
But AB is. AB is our future. What is AB's ceiling in his first few seasons with Orlando?
Right now, he is taken a back seat from Franz and Paolo. He passes up a lot to those two when on offense. To me, he seems like a 3 & D guy in this rotation.
However, he is great defensively (Can someone provide the stats?) and he has length. Plus he has pretty high Basketball IQ. Yes, right now, he is only a rookie. So his stats and performance makes sense. But what about his future?
If he keeps nailing down 3s like tonight, I can see a perfect combo with him plus Paolo and Franz. A great complementary piece.
But the question is: Can AB become a Star?
What do you think? (I am a fan so I post a lot doing what fans do. Please be nice to me

)

I've been saying all along that I thought he could be a star. He has the size and handle to get anywhere on the floor. I think he'll be able to create offense and be hard to stop.

Similar college production to SGA, I've had this pegged as his upside.

Conservatively, I think he's probably a rich man's Magic Johnson.

I am not sure about the ceiling, but 3&D wing seems to be his floor.

I feel like he can be a similar player to Suggs but I don't know about a star. Time will tell.

I don’t think there is an accurate comparison for Anthony Black due to his skill and size at his position.
I think the closest we can get is probably Josh Giddey with ++ defense.

Do you all think Anthony Black deferring to Paolo and Franz a lot is due to coaching or his immaturity in taking over games with his offense?

Penny? i know it seems sacrilegious, Penny not a good 3 pt shooter but had height for PG, had handles. Penny wasnt a big assist man (best year was 7 apg)

Idk who to compare him to to yet. He still deferring a lot which is not unexpected of a rookie on a team trying to win for real.

Penny was 2.5 years older than Black in his rookie season.

I don't think he'll be an SGA-type player. Black will be more of a player who uses his strength and size to overpower small weaker guards.

Yeah I think his game is more Jalen Brown muscle than SGA shiftiness.

Start with MCW....throw some shaun Livingston....Sprinkle some Iguodala point forward with some lonzo ball in there....then you'll have a pretty good player some day

He needs to get to league average from three otherwise his ceiling isn't that high.
His size is pretty crazy for a guard though, I don't think many people quite understand how important those last couple inches are when closing out the perimeter and guarding against back downs.
If I had to make a projection, I would say that if he can learn to shoot then he's looking at Shaun Livingston pre injury with the upward projection, which is a really good player.
A taller Jrue Holdiay maybe?
There aren't that many players his size at PG in NBA history TBH, there is like Ben Simmons... and that's a bit of a scary comparison.
