Both are crap but one has shown over 4 years that he isn't going to get better while one is 1/2 way into his 1st year and hs opportunity to get better

If this statement is true you could say the same about Black

I do NOT know if Fultz is starting. But he was wearing the starter jersey in practice yesterday.

Combine that with Ingles returning (who can handle 2nd unit playmaking responsibilities) and I'm just reading tea leaves.

Plot twist: Anthony Black is wearing the starter jersey today in walkthrough and Fultz is in a 2nd team jersey.
