Don't expect too many positive responses. Pretty sure the admin is connected to the Magic FO in some capacity. They like to keep things deliriously positive around here. I thought Disney lost Mickey Mouse??

I am not sure id fire them, but I definitley would view them as incompetent. We have/had the worst shooting team in the league easily, and then you throw Fultz into the lineup and somehow make our offense worse.
Please dear god get a pointguard who creates some gravity and can actually run some sets.

You're confusing need and want
I'd like for the FO to trade for Dejounte... but I don't know how Paolo would receive that info. I'm sure they've asked him.
I do think we should make a move but it takes two to tango.

I feel you. I like all the guys on the team but I am a realist. Teams are going to pack the paint on us come the playoffs and we won’t be able to do anything. I want our young stars to experience competitive playoff basketball not show up and get the doors blown off.

We wouldn't have Paolo or Franz without this FO. It's likely we would've been a 12th-14th seed in the East with another GM here instead of WePark.

I agree we should make trades. I would also be incredibly disappointed if we don't. But if we don't, just ride out this season and make decisions in the offseason.

The expectations will certainly rise if they don't make a move. I think if you don't make a big move this trade deadline, at least improve around the edges with helpful offensive players, and then try to make a splash for a bigger fish this offseason or next season sometime.

Comon, man. Fire the Front Office if we do not make a trade? Everybody knows our FO is extremely conservative after Vuc and AG trade. They need to keep retooling our roster. And yes, it is their job. Tonight's Heat game showed we are just too inconsistent and not good enough to contend yet.
Is there a Magic pill to build us another level? Idk. But I like trades. Part of the reason is I am a fan. I like movement. But realistic speaking, a trade that helps the team is the trade I wanna do. I will let them do their job.

I will say, I wasn't bothered by Miami snagging Rozier on the cheap... but my thinking was that we would make a better move. Please prove me right WePark.

I’m not calling for their job because they don’t make a move this deadline.
I’m calling for their jobs because they haven’t made a move in nearly all the seasons they’ve been employed.
And no, trading players when you are forced to and selecting BPA in the draft isn’t “making a move”. They take no risks whatsoever.

Even though we have a better record I reckon I have been more annoyed watching us this year. I’m so sick of watching an Offensively challenged Basketball team man. I’m every game is such a drag

No more evaluation. Paolo is ready, needs better spacing than Fultz in a PG and a more consistent center than WCJ in terms of health and play.

Enough is enough. I don't need a trade to save his job. 7 years in and we have Paolo and Franz. Paolo was taken with the gift of #1 pick. He's the most uncreative GM in the league when it comes to manipulating the draft. 29 other GMs in the league could've walked away with a better product than this.
Now is the time for a new GM to take us past the next step. Weltman is too in love with the smell of his own farts. Extending Cole was a joke.
