TBD on if any of the roster guys are actually playing or not since it's the 2nd night of a BTB and also Black's status with the ankle.

Agreed, and it seems like draft picks play so few summer league games that I am starting to wonder why we even bother with this product.

Summer league is weird.
There's one part of evaluating young players and another part of evaluating two-ways, and for whatever reason those competing objectives result in inconsistent lineups.
I wish there was some incentive in place that stabilized lineups and rotations.

Seems to work mostly as intended. Your draft picks are part of your roster and you want them to get some experience but you're not going to gauge much from good or bad showings. You realistically only need 2-3 games from them. You can come away being happy that Tristan da Silva can at least somewhat replicate the same role in the NBA level, even if his shooting percentages go down, but you're also not going to overreact to Sarr or even Franz who had a pretty bad Summer League.
Rest of the guys are just playing for roster spots, but they're probably evaluating how guys play in different roles or what guys can project to be role guys in the NBA.

It lacks entertainment value. They need to add incentives to entertain the masses.

Black, Howard and Da Silva are not playing.
It is now truly G League and Two-Way audition time.
