No one.
Jake Chapman has been calling games solo for the last three years. Ross and MCW are both joining as color analysts.
I believe they're only working home games, although I don't think Chapman travels for road games either, so they could work all of them without traveling.

Nothing against Jake, he's put in the time, but he's no Dennis Neumann (most come up short tbf). Jake will benefit having someone else to bounce off of and T-Ross bleeds Magic blue and MCW is a good dude. Welcome additions.

Yeah Dennis Neumann is a legend.

I’d rather have them both on the roster

I hated when MCW went down after looking good on our squad so it's nice to hear he's still repping the Magic. TRoss was always funny in his vlogs so he should do good as an analyst.

I liked him a lot and figured he'd catch on as a scorer off the bench for playoff teams.

Jake needs another guy to bounce off of. It’s asking too much to do it solo. No one can replace Dennis Neumann.
This could be a huge opportunity for MCW and T-Ross.
This is how Jeff Turner (whose playing career was cut short due to injury as well) started.

I really thought Ross would find a spot in a playoffs team but it didn’t really work out. He had a couple of seasons where he was fun to watch

Yeah. Me too...and he was pretty clear (on his podcast) that he wanted one more contract under the juicy new salary cap.

Game is getting more complex and he was a dummy. Watching him play defense was not fun but funny to watch.
Cole Anthony is slowly walking the same path but without being a good shooter.

Two vets that I loved...awesome.
I like Jake Chapman but I seriously believed that Dennis Neumann was the best in business.
Hey this broadcast is going to be better than our TV broadcast if David Steele is only going to broadcast half of the games again.

It's not about talent really, nba just has young man agenda, as they are obsessed over kids in delusional hope of magical development.
Vast majority of non contenders will rather have 22 years old scrub ( that in most team sports is considered - near finished product, but not in nba) than much better 30 years old player, because of irrational hope that 22 years old player will "develop".
This is also key reason why gap between contenders and pretenders is big. For example ,youngest rotation player on Celtics in playoffs was 26 years old. in Conference Finals, only one player ( Edwards) was younger than 24 and starter and only 2 more players ( Livley, Ben Sheppard ) were younger than 23.
Even when you look at Magic's key of sucess in 2023-24, it was experienced bench. You would send 36 years old, 30 years old, two 26 years old players, mix it with rookie who does near nothing and there you go, elite bench.
