Hey there, don't have my login over the phone and saw the game thread imploding. Doing a wellness check this morning. Outside of the state of the poorly run team? Everything OK?

I go to the doctors later today. Sick kid as well, and the usual family drama that seems day to day.

Knightro bud, you especially seemed like you were in month 2 of no sleep post postpartum. Hope all is well.

Eyriq, did you cause any riots with your high heels last night?

VFX, I am temporarily suspending the drinking game. Well never make it.

Skybox, the coffee of choice today is ground dunkin donuts.

Don't we all, that thread was the stuff of legends though man. The whole forum just couldn't handle it it felt like.

The one that got me was SOUL saying he was going to quit being a Magic fan. We are down bad if that happens. This place would be dead.

Some people on here are so toxic it is a wonder that there is anyone left to post wild takes. Like I don't always agree with your trade ideas, but I find it fun to read them and say "what is wrong with this clown" or whatever dumb reaction I have. I know I troll the game threads a lot and I love randomly taking shots at pepe because he is funny and a good sport, but the level of unironic rage here lately is insane. To the point I barely troll and just try to keep it light and breezy.

It is worse than the last month of vuc and Evan buddy Ball around here which I thought would be impossible, but here we are. At least we don't have the Evan Fournier apologist posts anymore thank god.

I think it is hilarious. I mentioned the coach being our weak link at the beginning of the season. That being said, this is a wellness check in. Glad to see ya'll report in.

I'm still excited believe it or not. I love the Paolo/Franz core and expect/hope they are going to go on a run before this season ends. We've had an obvious setback and it'll be interesting to see how we respond both this season and in the off-season.

The only thing that will really disappoint me is if we trade one of Paolo or Franz.

The formula is still P+F + anything that resembles an NBA point guard being a .500 team. That number is still in the cards for us even now with the present situation of the roster. It might be time for "family" concept to change though. As it seems after all that it only works for Olive Garden, Fast and Furious, and hilarious internet memes.

That is one of my favorite seasons lol.

It's actually the year I started to watch almost every game and got into the day-to-day developments.

I'll admit, this has been the most trying time as a fan since the Dwightmare.

We're too close to it right now to know what's right-side up.

I'm of the mind that we just gotta get through this, let the dust settle a bit and see what that leaves us with this offseason.

Ultimately, I feel like the FO needs a changeover. It's gotten us this far but I feel as if someone else needs to elevate it and refine the roster construction philosophy.

I don't think there's ANY chance that we trade Paolo or Franz unless Paolo asks out...and he might if we don't get it together and give him and Franz the support they (and we, the fans) deserve. I'm not suggesting that Paolo's mom stirred the pot and 2 days later, he's out...but, over time, especially AFTER he signs his max, players and agents who are (rightfully?) fed up and who have the juice to do it - WILL demand changes. He's practically there - ignore him at your own peril, Weltman.

I'll add... Weltman and Mose better handle this tweet-gate very carefully and diplomatically...it's his mother and he's only 22yo. Be careful with your choice of words, tensions are high. The org doesn't answer to her, but this isn't just some random jerk in section 102 spouting off or Lavar Ball commenting on everything whenever there's a mike around...not to mention that her critiques of what she watched with her own eyes that night are spot-on.
