Not an offensive assistant, which is.what we all thought we needed most.

For whatever it's worth, it's not as easy as just saying "hire an offensive coach!" and then you make that happen.

You can typically only hire assistants who are A. unemployed or B. about to be unemployed.

The Mavericks chose not to extend any of their assistants, which is why their staff is currently being poached.

He’s coach advisor to the Pelicans. I wouldn’t mind him advising here.

His name was supposedly an inspiration for the Jesus Shuttlesworth character played by Ray Allen in "He Got Game".

NOBODY in here has heard of God Shammgod?played for the Wiz in 96-98 IIRC

Shamgod’s pro career never amounted to much but the fact he created a crossover still used today which has his name is pretty telling of his skill as a ball handler.

I still think the Magic should offer Chip Enggelland whatever he wants, and don't really care if that makes Mosely the 2nd highest paid Magic coach. Frankly any amount of money to teach Franz (and everyone else) to shoot would be the best investment the Magic could make, whoever that teacher might be.
