Really excellent video break down of what we all have seen in Paolo and perspective view of just how bad our offense has been. With some simple fixes to shot selection and efficiency it’s hard to argue against Paolo becoming a top 5 scorer in the upcoming season. It’s really remarkable just how bad the offense truly was in comparison to the overall record at the end of the season. There’s no place to go but up

Good video. I agree with most of it.

He also points out how bad this Coach Mosley's offense is, going as far as calling it the least inventive offense (basic and unrefined) in the NBA over the last few years. Which I have been pretty mush been feeling and saying this entire time, yet you have an armly of people on here that will defend this guy and just blame it on shot making and the "players" and not his lack of a system to create better shots.

I really hope these new Coach hires help him, because our front office seems to be highly focused on analytics and im not sure how you overlook these stats.

If you are trying to get the YouTube video to show up as a video, you need to copy the entire website; the sharing button on YouTube app only gives us the link on RealGM. It is a lot easier to copy and paste the website on a desktop.

ALso, you don't need everything from the question mark and after. Here: ?si=-DHBAQalxEDMNUF3.

So : " https://youtu.be/w9NeLzrEhl8?si=-DHBAQalxEDMNUF3 "
becomes "[ url = https://youtu.be/w9NeLzrEhl8 ] some text here: LINK [ /url ] ", without spaces, to get: some text here: LINK

To have the Youtube, it's the same but "youtube" instead of "url".

Which when typed out results in:

Nobody is blameless in a bad offense, but armchair fans are literally that - fans. You can theorize the most amazing sort of sets and plays, but when your best point guard is Cory Joseph and your best shooter is Caleb Houstan, there are going to be issues no matter how you slice it.

Not only that, it doesn't take into account the general weaknesses of Paolo's game in the first place that he even knows he needs to get better at. AND EVEN THEN, him and Franz were poised for All-Star campaigns. On top of that, it would also Paolo & Franz willingly accepting being put in bad positions for their own offense games, playing an entirely different game than they preferred, hindering their own careers. I'm positive the coach, staff, players, and even front office have tried to find what works best for them on offense. So if you're to tell me that it's not anything to do with the personnel, and not anything to do with the player's skillsets at all, then we will never agree.

The ingredients are finally being primed. Nobody is going to dock the chef for making below average steak with $3 Walmart cuts. You will hear criticism from others, including me now, if it's bad when you start having some prime cuts and it's still below average.

Here is a breakdown of Paolo's inefficiencies... It's not a comprehensive analysis, and it's not fuffy nice video, but we get the good and bad with Paolo's inefficiency despite the poor spacing around him.
