Why for Orlando? The Magic pick up a good SG and a young decent pf in Khryapa. Duhon is just added to make salaries match. But he brings a more defensive minded PG.
Why for Chicago? They get their PF without having to give up Gordon, or Deng and get to keep draft picks. They also pull in a defense minded SG who can shoot the 3.
Why for Memphis? They get a good SG/SF in Noce, another young and coming SF/PF in Thomas and close to 13 mil in expiring contracts.. Which makes them MAJOR players in this summers FA market.. Which is a good one.
Trade #2
Orlando Sends
Maurice Evans
Philly sends
Reggie Evans (Expiring)
Why for Orlando? The Magic need another PF who can rebound and play okay defense.. Evans brings that..
Why for Philly? Philly is not in it to win it this year. They are getting their young guys PT and trying to get rid of as many contracts as possible.
With that said and done the roster would look like this...
Nelson/Duhon
Miller/JJ
Lewis/Hedo
Evans/Khryapa/Auggie
Dwight/Foyle/Gortat
The Magic can also go pick up Terence Kinsey and put him as a SG/SF tweener... OR pick up a cheap PG to just have a third on the roster in case of injury.
That would be a great core, and in the summer pick up another PF or PG with the MLE and hope Kidd signs when his contract is up and BAM! CHAMPIONSHIP!!
Helpful? Fair?

It's an interesting proposal, but I don't know if Philly gets enough.
And there are too many players AND too many teams to make this deal a reality. Khryapa also isn't likely to be the powerful power forward that the Magic need, and you leave them without a draft pick for two years to fix that problem.
