Wiretap says hes out 2 weeks. Personally im surprised he made it this long without some part of his body breaking down.

An appendectomy is rarely someone's fault.

Though, it just proves how injury prone the guy really is.

I found it interesting that hes played more consecutive games this year with the Suns then in any season with the Magic.

I don't. That just means the Suns aren't being pansies about Grant's ankle. He easily COULD have played those back-to-backs that he would get held out of, and I'm sure he wishes we would've let him, but we would just refuse to play him.

I still wish the best of luck to him, and I hope the poor guy can stay healthy other than this. At least it's not a sports injury.

Meh, it's not like he was going to play 82 games this season anyways.

He'll probably still end up with 65-70, which is REALLY solid for him.

More interesting to me is how he has hit more 3 pointers this season with the Suns than he did in his entire Magic career...

Anyway, he's in the past now, I wish him well in his recovery.

How? This isn't going to linger throughout the season like an ankle, quad, hammy injury.
This is actually good for him. He'll get some rest, he's been playing tons of minutes, this will only re-energize him for the playoffs..we aren't trippin

That's because Grant was injured for most of his first five seasons in Orlando. And then Brian Hill became coach, and judging by the number of 3-pointers the Magic too, he didn't let anyone shoot 3-pointers.

hes been averaging almost 5 more minutes a game than last season as well with many games played around 40

He has definately had a good year and anyone who wishes anything bad on him should get over it...were all glad he is gone.....well most

He still played 114 games in those 5 years, shooting 5-20 (.250) from down town... hes 25-70 (.357) in 34 games this year and should easily set a new career high.

Hill has never been a strong 3-point shooter... he probably worked on that part of his game when he finished his deal with the Suns.

Of course your not worried. As long as you have Amare and Nash, Grant is just icing on the cake...

Bad karma there. Marion got the flu and couldn't play either. See, I keep telling you guys not to wish bad things on other people.
