Ever since I moved into my current apartment, I have had no volume on channel 5, CBS (Brighthouse Networks).

WTF? Does anyone else have a problem like this, either on CBS, or any other channel in particular? I don't watch CBS too often, but every Sunday (especially today), whenever I want to watch a CBS football game, it has to be in silence and it's really annoying.

I'm watching the NE/SD game right now, and I hear the sound fine.

I haven't had such a problem at all.
