See the fan in the white shirt just below and to the left of the shot clock?

Clearly a Pistons fan.

Ya know, in that first angle, watch Dwight as he cuts behind Sheed right after the ball is inbounded. Is it just me or did he look ready to take off for an alley-oop? Kind of gathers himself, looks back at Shard, and then moves on. Wonder if that was one of the options on the play.

Dante on the radio feed actually came out of the huddle sayig the play was for Hedo to get it in to KeBo or Dooling who would then get the ball back to Hedo. Not sure if the 'shard option was discussed in the huddle or if it just sort of happened, but it sure went down like it was planned.

"Van Gundy said that Lewis "was the No. 1 option on the play.""

shard was the 1st option. SVG said during the post game interview.

Interesting, cause WDBO's guy in the huddle came out saying differently. Ah, well. Whether 'shard was the number one option or the number 101 option, the play was prettay prettay prettay good.

Up in 217 I could definitely see that Dwight was crouched down and ready to spin around 'Sheed, and then he diverted to Rashard who took it from there.

Yea Pat on tv said it looked like it was a play for Hedo, cause SVG was talking to Hedo about something. But I think they were just speculating, I think SVG was probably going over the options for Hedo. I'm sure getting it back to Hedo WAS an option, but I think Shard was the first option. The lob to Dwight was probably an option if it presented itself correctly, and the inbounds and back to Hedo was probably the 3rd option.

It's for Lewis.

It's the exact same play we ran at the of the game at Phoenix -- shooters spread out in the corners, a double screen with Howard for Rashard to get the ball up top.

Four steps. Four!!! There were more steps involved in the play than points!

Gotta love that no-call! It's ridiculous the kind of stuff that NBA refs overlook! That's basic basketball fundamentals.

 I dont know about any of you but I am actually glad that Chauncey hit the three because it really had to sting when Shard hit the winner.

Hopefully this will spark Rashard and have him come out more motivated and with more energy now.

Surf, I agree brother. After seeing seeing Billips hit those damned 40 foot 3's on us the last 2 years, it was nice to see Shard stab that bastard right in the heart.

Oh Surf, you may want to give Kerrs Winghouse wings a try, pretty good stuff. Try the blackened buffalo. Awesome.
You look confused...let me fill you in.
