Trade Hayes for Shard and Afflalo for Turk and it's good. Make it happen.

On my perfect Magic roster I'd somehow have Deron Williams running the point, maybe Maggette or another above average SG (who is actually within attainable limits,) a PF who can shoot, defend, hit a weakside shot, and rebound... (can't think of a mid-level player who fits that right now...) and a defensive stopper off the bench who can hit an open shot.
Other than that I'd be happy with our current roster, with Hedo off the bench playing 25-30 minutes and Nelson at backup PG, Battie backing up both big forward positions.

My ideal/possible Offseason plan:

Spend MLE on Childress.
Draft Kevin Love (he will drop to us bec of concerns of his height/explosiveness).
Get a late 1st or 2nd round pick for Goran Dragic or another PG.
Resign Arroyo and Evans.
