Anyone watch Doc Rivers youngest son play? I hear he will be the best player to come out of FL in the past 20 years. He is a 9th grader starting for Winter Park HS, last week he dropped close to 40 points on Olympia HS. I found this funny article about him schooling Rondo in a shooting contest as an 8th grader.

Docs son plays for Georgetown, i used to watch him play at winter park a couple years ago.

He wasnt all that, definetly not the best in 20 years.

He does have some amazing hops though but he was getting killed by my boys at West Orange.

Matty, I agree, the art of shooting is pretty much on it's way out. NBA players aren't as elite at shooting as they once were. I still maintain that my brother could out shoot a good percentage of today's NBA players. Then again he can't dunk or isn't 6 foot 8. Thats where the difference lies. NBA players have physical attributes like no other athlete on earth.

The Rivers family is just athletically amazing. The daughter is at UF on a volleyball scholarship as well.

I coached against his son.

He definitely is more athletic and aggressive than JR is/was.

Not surprised that he is doing so well. He "might" be the best scoring guard to come out of Fl in the last 20 years if he continues to develop.
