Kwame Brown

Anyone else think he could help us next year?

He's a very good defensive player, can hit it with relative regularity from 8-10 out, and shouldn't be tremendously expensive. Signing Brown for part of the MLE would allow us to give Battie bench minutes at both the 4 and the 5. Also it'd be cool to have two #1 picks up front.

Brown sucks.

He started looking good about two seasons ago, but has since gone back to sucksville.

He's maybe the worst number one pick of the last twenty years.

Only if we can get him for the minimum.... and even then we'll be overpaying him.

Definitely NO! My brother roots for the Lakers, so I get to watch a few games now and then. He sucks so bad it's not even funny. He nicknamed him "The Dunk Misser". He told me he could even trade Kwame for Garrity straight up if it worked financially.

Maybe we could pioneer a scheme where Kwame Brown actually pays our team to play?

He would actually be an okay backup guys. Forget looking at him as a #1 pick.

i wasnt looking at him as a #1 myself...i have watched just about every laker game since they played the Sonics almost 2 weeks ago...and, he's so horrible at everything...

in the last 5 games, averaging just over 30mpg he is putting up 5.6ppg 7.9 rebounds and 1.8 blocks and 2.5 turnovers a game...

in the absence of Bynum you would expect him to pick it up with the extra minutes...after all he was their starter when Bynum was still coming into his own...

idk...maybe better than Foyle...but, not for Foyle $...we should be able to do better, no?
