What we need to do before Trade Deadline

Obviously, as we all know, we can't go far with the PGs we have. Arroyo is too inconsistent and most of the time horrible, and so is Nelson, fitting better as a scorer off the bench. Also, the lack of real playoff experience will hurt us, now and the future, since veteran PGs tend to do better.
So, here is what we need to do before the trade deadline. They are pretty obvious, though
1) Keep Mo Evans as Starter: I think this is the most important thing that we need to do. This means no trading Mo (unlikely) or getting a starter through trade, like Mike Miller. I believe that Mo really found his niche as a starter for us, getting only about 20-25 min. per game and making smart plays all the time.
2) Trade with Philadelphia:
Orlando Trades: KeBo, Garrity, Arroyo, rights to Fran, 2008 1st
Orlando Receives: Andre Miller, Willie Green
Philadelphia Trades: Andre Miller, Willie Green
Philadelphia Receives: KeBo, Garrity, Arroyo, rights to Fran, 1st
Like I said, pretty obvious here, and undoubtedly many of us want this deal to happen. Andre Miller gives us a veteran presence on the team, Willie Green gives us a legit scorer off the bench who can get us points easily, better than Bogans. We would have to lose a 1st and Fran, but they are unimportant to our hopeful contending team.
Now, after we do this deal, our backcourt for our bench would be left with Jameer, Green, Dooling, and JJ: Four scorers and no one to control the ball. Therefore, I suggest this trade:
3) Trade with Minnesota:
Orlando Trades: Dooling, JJ, Augustine, 2008 2nd
Orlando Receives: Marko Jaric, Chris Richard
Minnesota Trades: Marko Jaric, Chris Richard
Minnesota Receives: Dooling, JJ, Augustine, 2008 2nd
Another obvious trade that was pretty popular with some, but died off after a while. Getting Jaric gets us the guy who can control the ball for our bench and make nice passes. This also gives Jameer and Green that scoring mentality. We lose Dooling, who has been bringing energy off the bench, but I believe Green can make up for that.
The bad part of these two deals is that both Jaric and Green are in bad contract situations, with both their contracts ending in 4 years. This likely means no MLE in the offseason, but I think we have a legit contender.
New Roster:
Miller/Nelson
Evans/Jaric/Green
Hedo/Jaric/Cook
Rashard/Cook/Richard
Dwight/Foyle
This gives us relatively the same offense that SVG and Otis are planning, and more bench depth, allowing our struggling players to find his role to this team. Due to chemistry issues, we won't be that great in the playoffs this season, maybe ECF if lucky, probably 2nd round. Next season, though, I think we will make a serious run for the finals.
Well, bash away here, my post may be way too long...
I tried to make my trades as realistic as I can, some of the trades lately have been way too good for us
