Post#1 » by oakfanintheeast » Tue Feb 12, 2008 4:22 am

why is this so hard? seriously?

miller/nelson
evans/dooling
Lewis/?
Hedo/Evans
Howard

orlando would be such a better team. miller can run the team, jameer can play 20ish a game as 6th man. why is this so hard?

Agreed, although I think we'd have to give up Jameer in any deal for Andre Miller. Throw Jameer in and take out Bogans and it should still work.

Jameer would have to be a given in any Philly trade.

hmmm get a real starting point guard and rid team of a ridiculously long contract for an over paid back up pg (all be it a really good backup but a back up). Count me in! Oh and a big expiring contract the next year too(Great trade value). How would it help Philly? Cap space now. Makes too much sense. Won't happen. :banghead:

I'd be more than happy to give up nelson. he's better than arroyo, but we were winning with arroyo....

nelson's game seems to clash with what van gundy's trying to do...

That's right. More Puerto Rico (notice I didn't say Magic) fans trying to push Jameer out of town. What you really mean is you're not jumping ship unless Carlos isn't their point guard, right?

also on the contrary to what people are saying here arroyo started in our last win and sucked it up and nelson came in and cleaned up nelson is a solid come of the bench pg but it be nice to have AM as a starter. so ship that bag of crap arroyo out of here (even though i dont feel he is a bag of crap id just like to see how you like your boy getting called a bag of crap)

For the record, I'm not saying I want Carlos going anywhere either. I just don't like the divisive his fans cause. It's bad for the team. Don't get into a name-calling session. It's not right either way.

andre miller makes this team a top 2 contender in the east. Evans kills the Offensive boards.
