this trade doesnt help out our pg situation, but definitely helps the pf/sg situation

orlando trades:
pat garrity
jj redick
keyon dooling
carlos arroyo
rights to fran vazquez

orlando gets:
chris quinn
mike miller
udonis haslem

miami trades:
udonis haslem
chris quinn
ricky davis

miami gets:
carlos arroyo
darko milicic
jj redick
hakim warrick

memphis trades:
mike miller
darko milicic
hakim warrick

memphis gets:
pat garrity
ricky davis
keyon dooling
rights to fran vazquez

why for us?
orlando gets a shooting guard and a power forward for instant help and can run a big line up wih turkoglu and miller sharing time at the PG because hedo would be our best playmaker just like he is now. miller would open the paint even more up for dwight, and haslem would be great next to dwight because he can shoot from midrange and can hit the boards. chris quinn would be a travis diener type of player.

pg-turkoglu/nelson/quinn
sg-miller/evans
sf-lewis/bogans
pf-haslem/augustine/gortat
c-howard/foyle/battie

why for mia?
they said they'd deal haslem but any trade would have to include redick well they get that and they get a good back up (better than anyone they have now) in arroyo who would be playing closer to home and in a much bigger spanish community. since they lost shaq and theyd be losing haslem they get darko who isnt that great but would help out a lot on defense (think alonzo mourning without the ferocity). they also get hakim warrick who coul be a starter given the opportunity.

pg-williams/arroyo/banks
sg-wade/redick/parker/cook
sf-marion/wright
pf-warrick/johnson/barron
c-milicic/blount/anthony

why for mem?
they want expiring contracts? that's exactly what they get. milicic isn't what they thought he'd be and warrick is struggling to crack the rotation. they get ricky davis, pat garrity, keyon dooling, which is 13 million expiring dollars plus kwame's 9 million expiring going into a summer when you have guys like andre iguodala, emeka okafor and gilbert arenas on the market, and they get a prospect in vazquez ad if they can get him over and develop him, they might not have to kick themselves later for trading pau. they would have 6 players under contract (conley, lowry, crittenton, collins, cardinal, and gay) going into next year and all but gay could be used as trade bait as they are expiring soon.

pg-lowry/conley/crittenton
sg-navarro/dooling/jacobson/mckie
sf-gay/davis/cardinal
pf-collins/garrity

i dont like it, Chris Quinn bro hes only on the squad because they have no one else, before the banks/marion trade, plus im not a big fan of helping the heat get better, there in our division i say let them suffer.

you wouldnt take chris quinn if we got mike miller and udonis haslem? thats a no brainer. theres no way i turn that down this would make us way better. but noone else would do it. this hurts miami and mep

hedo is definitely a better ball handler and playmaker than anyone we have...im sorry but he is better than jammer and arroyo at the point, he can run from 1 to 3 and possibly 4 in a small line up...
