Yeah, Dwight looked good boxing out after Lebron's 3point attempts.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.
- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

However, as a basketball fan I'd like to see him stay in his hometown and win with CLE.
This is a good formula to use for combining the amount of championships Dwight and Lebron would win.
Dwight X Lebron + 13 "other guys" = 8 championships in a row.
Likelihood happening X Our Management + Reality / Me winning the lotto = ∞

theres no way he comes here, he wants to go to a big city so he can get more money from nike...he wants to be the first sports billionaire..but if he wants to win a championship with a big man...

LBJ has a player option of roughly $17 mil in 10-11. We will be at $44 mil but with only Dwight, Jameer and Rashard under contract. The cap will be roughly at maybe $63-64 mil then if trends continue. We could sign LBJ starting at $17 mil for five years with standard raises giving us maybe $4mil to add 11 players to round out our roster. we were under the cap so we wont have a MLE for that year.
Long story short we will never be able to sign him. We would have to trade for him and as such the chances are

Lebron will be in Cleveland for life. The only reason he resigned until 2010 is so that he will be eligible for a max contract when the Collective Bargaining Agreement runs out and the cap structure is potentially redone. Unless you think that the additional money that Nike throws at him will be more than what Cleveland can give him he will be staying put.

I disagree. I think he'll bolt for NY or LA at the first opportunity. I really expect that he'll be a Knick and will resurrect the franchise. But he'll leave Cleveland IMO.

If that were the case, why did he even bother signing an extension with Cleveland 2 years ago? Whatever marketing opportunities he has now he had back then, so what makes this situation so different. At least now, he knows that his team is good enough to make the Finals. Who knows what would happen with him in New York when their management situation is worse? Lebron is smart, and he likes playing at home. The only way he goes to New York is in a trade for Marbury's expiring next year, and No one in the NBA is dumb enough to make that move. Plus, there is no guarantee that he even has a clause in his Nike deal that pays him more for playing in a big city. I would put my chips on him staying in Cleveland.

Or voteforpedo could be the starting PG and we'd still win (with Hedo and Shard as well).
