We are gonna make a deal...just a matter of which one and who we send out. We won't be finding out anything until later tomorrow afternoon, most likely.

At this point, Wilcox or Thomas for expiring would make me very happy.

So we are talking to the Sonics and not quite a deal yet..

i heard rumblings that the Magic might take Thomas & Wilcox or Petro as well as Ridnour or Watson...it's not from MC or Easy-E, but it's form someone who I know...

watson is having a very good year, and would send jameer to the bench adding another good scoring option. a pass first Pg is something the team really needs.

Yikes.....

I really don't like Petro....but I know Seattle wants to dump some crap on us, so it might be a necessary evil.

Watson&Ridnour are better than Arroyo, and Watson is a good defender/chucker while Ridnour is a decent distributor.... I dunno, but I really want Thomas or Wilcox, and if we had to take on a semi-bad contract, so be it.

Power and Cook don't seem to go together very well. He could be a good player but i would like to see him hit the weight pile pretty hard and I don't care if he thinks it takes away from his touch because we don't need a power forward with bad mobility that wants to act like a spot up shooter. We need a man that wants to mix it up on the glass with Howard at his side. We need Wilcox

Earl Watson is kinda like Arroyo and Dooling mixed into one.

Is it just a coincedence that Otis is hardening his stance on not making a trade right after we get a lucky win against Detriot?

idk...from what i hear what's holding us up is that Otis really wants a wing guy in return he's trying to land a 2 and a 4 in the same deal...meh...for what its worth...

EDIT: in addition to Otis wanting to get a 2/4 deal most teams pressing for JJ and or a first, Otis is reluctant to ship either...

sounds like the guy is either a)stuck on JJ and sees the greatness he possesses or b)he's making it seem like JJ is god's gift to basketball in an attempt to look less foolish for drafting him...

again this info came from one source that i know, who really doesnt know too much about the magic, but the team this person does know had contact with Otis...
