Is anyone else going crazy trying to find more info and more rumors like I am. I can't take this. I wish I could just find out what is happening throughout the league right now. Any idea what this proposed blockbuster for Cleveland is?

I'm pretty much resigned to the fact that nothing is going to happen for the Magic.

As for the rest of the league, I haven't heard anything about the Cleveland trade.

I gaurantee that the Magic will make a move. I felt on Tuesday night that if we beat the Pistons than Otis would stand pat with the team. However, after last night defensive showcase by the Magic, I feel that the front office has to be inclined now more than ever to make a move.

im starting to come to the realization otis thinks this team is good enough... i do not agree but i feel that orlando will not make any deals... now the cleveland thing has me excited but that just means one more team better than the magic.... good for lebron bad for us

Well the Magic are in discussions with Seattle right now. There original target was Kurt Thomas but they weren't willing to give them a 1st like the Spurs were. There are a number of scenerios being discussed that invole the like of Ridnour, West, Watson, Collison and Wilcox. Will something get done? I doubt it, if it means moving Redick AND a 1st rounder, but one of the two and possibly Vazquez? I can see something happening.

Haslem is pretty much out of the mix and Riles doesn't want to send him to Orlando, and of course is asking more from us then anyone else. Miller and Garcia to Orlando would already have happened if Vanderweide signed off but they decided against it. We are going to be over the cap for years to come, so this is our chance to use our expirings for something more then the MLE can offer us. If we don't make a move before the deadline I will be highly dissapointed. I'll keep you guys updated on any rumblings.

So you think Otis is as fickle and as easily swayed as this board is?

In a span of 24 hrs Otis and BVW goes from "good enough" to "inclined now more than ever".

I"m not sure what you mean? I haven't really posted in the last 24, so maybe opinions are different with different people.

I am quite nervous as well... I don't think there will be a trade, but this team desperately needs front court help...Otis knows that and through rumors seems to be working his tail off..

There are still a TON of possibilities out there for the taking..

Brad Miller
Eddy Curry(Not a good option)
Udonis Haslem
Chris Wilcox
Nick Collison
Ron Artest
Jermaine O'neal
Vince Carter
Mike Miller
Kyle Lowry
Z-Bo
Corey Maggette

And let's not forget the "Blockbuster" with Cleveland that could happen...

And the dark horses to trade, the Bulls.

All of these players could be going places, and with the way Otis is you NEVER know.

There are still rumors swirling with

Seattle
NYK
Sac town

I would NOT be suprised if something happens..Otis LOVES JJ and seems intent on him playing, which mean a trade HAS to go down in order for him to crack the rotation this year. Which I really think could happen..

I am placing all bets that IF a trade goes down it'll be,

Arroyo
Pat
Bogans
Auggie
Future First
Future Second

For

Chris Wilcox
Earl Watson/Luke Ridonour

That IMO are highly possible and I hope something gets done, because this team needs improvement, and the players we have can't get it done, they need a little mroe help.

If you are referring to my statement of how I think the Magic would have changed their minds in a span of 24 hrs...then I see what you are talking about. However, I am talking about Otis' mind set. I have thought all along this team needs to make a move no matter what happened in Detroit the other night. I am just saying that with the big win over the Pistons, Otis might think that we are good enough as is.

In regards to the Detroit win...

Was it a skill win or was it a momentum win? Players always play their best before the deadline and tend to drop off right after it....

I heard that the Cleveland blockbuster involves the Heat and Grizz. I wonder if it has something to do with Marion going to the Cavs and Miller going to the Heat.

If Delonte West comes to Orlando I'd be thrilled! It would be a lot of fun to watch Jameer and Delonte in the same backcourt...only for a little while though

The Sonics got a 1st round selection for Kurt Thomas, who everybody knew about, that he was gone this summer, when he hits free agency.

So what exactly do you think the Sonics(who're not dying to get rid of those 6.75 mil Wilcox is owed next year) are going to ask for Wilcox?
The only way, i could see him ending up in Orlando is, if Redick and at least a 1st round pick go to Seattle, with either Ridnour or Watson going to Orlando as well. Though, even that would still be a really hard sell to the fans for Presti.
