i heard he probably would be...i'd say yes, if nothing else comes along...but he's not high on the list...he's in a depressed state it seems and might be more harm than help...idk...

I'm not sure if he has anything left. Him and Foyle could battle to see who can jump high enough that someone can remove a piece of paper from underneath them. That would be epic. An hours-long struggle.

New Jersey = depressed? Isn't it the Garden State?
No seriously, moving to FL would cheer him up. For one he's away from the mess that is the Nets. No income tax in FL, so he could afford professional help with his depression. Lastly, Dwight is so darn cheerful, it's bound to rub of on Magloire!!

That's what I'm afraid of. This team needs another veteran big to be able to go deep in the playoffs.

you can sign him to a non garuanted(sp) contract cant you? if so why would you not give this a shot..... bring him in and see how he reacts to playing on a good team with the best young big in the leauge... what wouldnt make you happy about that??

The best thing that could happen IMO is if Ratliff is being waived.. Long shot though.. I'd take Magloire I guess..

It's no risk but a good reward if he turns out to play decent again.
He's capable of being a 10/10 type of player again I think.
