I wrote this article last night. It's about time Hedo starts getting some respect. Any thoughts?

Would be great if he got it, but I don't think he's even an option for MIP.

this is about the third article ive seen for hedo being the MIP, espn had one too, so im sure he is a candidate for the award..unless no one realize he cant be, but dont see that many mistakes, but you never know

I didn't think there was an age limit. Younger players typically get the award but that's not always the case. Bobby Simmons was 25 when he the award a few years back.

Pretty sure he is unable to be the MIP.
If this is indeed the case, someone should've prevented this article from going up.

I think as long as he is eligible and Bynum and Kamen dont come back too soon that Hedo might get it.... but if Bynum comes back and starts putting up like 15 and 15 it would be hard to over look him since he is on the lake show.

I don't know about the MIP, lots of other great candidates.
And like thief said, I remember that only players under 5-6 years in the league are eligable. So I don't think Hedo qualifies, might be wrong though.

When Grant Hill came back from his 7383 surgery, he was being talked about for MIP. So im not so sold on the fact of there being a rule.
I'd actually give MIP to Dunleavy... although Hedo is Better... Dunleavy made a BIGGER stride.
Hedo went from Good to Really Good
Dunleavy went from Terrible to good<-- Bigger jump!

Or Rudy Gay, or Josh Smith.

Nicely done Swish, maybe they invited Sheed thinking it would make him less likely to get tossed in games.

Rudy Gay or Andrew Bynum will win it.
