Should Dooling get a Chance to Start?

1) Yes- Dooling plays great defense, although sometime erratic, good things always seem to happen when he is on the Floor.

2) No- Nelson is our man, we paid him, so thats that. I'm happy with Nelson being productive once out of every 3-4 games.

Absolutely not....and it has nothing to do with Nelson's money. We need Keyon to be the first guard off the bench for us and provide a spark or come in to sustain a run.

I don't see Meer filling that role if he were on the bench

i think meer can be a spark off the bench but not like how dooling is..pllayers like dooling are made for the bench

there really is no difference between starting and being the first guard off the bench, which many believe is suchhhh a difficult transition.

So, why should Dooling start if he's doing so well from the bench? Stop you Nelson hate, it's ridiculous and it seems only you don't realize it.

just stop.

its obvious to everybody but you that Nelson runs the offense better.. Dooling isn't a pure PG so he isnt going to pass.. Nelson draws defenders inside which is why we get a lot of open 3's.. that + Dwight..

Ninja is most valuable to us off the bench where he can be that pure scorer.
Not like he wouldn't play at the end of a game if Jameer was playing and Ninja was kicking ass on defense.

I choose the "Your Nelson hate is getting absolutely ridiculous" option. I mean, I've seen some hate in my time here, which isn't even as long as some other people, but your hate for him has ascended into territory I have never before witnessed.

Oh God no...

He brings energy off the bench, and defense to the second unit... and not much else.

Nelson has been playing very well, and tonight only took a few shots and REALLY created ioen looks for players...But we just couldn't knock them down..Your hate for Nelson is a bit much...and no, Dooling is our best bench player...Besides JJ of course....heh

No to Dooling, No to Arroyo, and No to Nelson. They are all good. None are great. We have a great bench too bad we have to start some of them.

He shouldn't start, but tonight I had no problem with him finishing.

Amazing consensus for this board and I agree - we are better with Nelson starting and Dooling as a spark off the bench. Of course, I think the Jameer can be a spark off the bench and would love to see that happen...if we could acquire/develop a better option for starting point guard.

nah hes an energy player. energy players are desighned to come off the bench, they are kind of like the teams second wind.

No I think Dooling should start. Why?, because consensus on this board may create a parodox of proportions the world could not fathom.

but I agree with everybody else.
