Reminds me of Shaq's situation throughout his career.

There's only one way to tell if it's a legitimate offensive foul.....
When the player who got knocked down doesn't get back up.

^ floppers know that so when they hit the ground they pick their nose and touch their face for a while to make it seem like something happened

Is this related to "No blood no foul"?

Hahahaha, yeah that is true.
But twice i've seen Dwight's elbow meet someone's head this season.
Took out Turiaf(concussion) and Nachbar(was down for about 5-6 minutes).
Advantage:Elbow.

Not directly related by blood. It might be by marriage. Somebody might have married somebody else's cousin.
But seriously, hahaha I always hated in pick-up games, somebody would call a foul, and whoever they called it on would say "no blood no foul" and explain how they play in the hood.
That just always irked me.

In that Golden State Game-
1- he was never touched by the Golden state warriors-
they never hit him across the arm every time he went to the basket-
2- they were much more superior players than he was
3- HArrington was always offensively fouled
NOT!NOT! NOT!
I guess the more you grunt on contact the better your chances of getting an offensive foul called- YEs the NBA needs to do somehting about floppers!
And yes- Dwight deserves a lot more respect from the NBA refs especially when the arm comes from top to bottom to hit Dwight across the arm to knock the ball out- There were many situations that they doid not call a fooul oir when he went up for the rebound and the opposing Center held his left arm.
What amazes me is the self control he has to the amount of fouling done on him.

Only Dwight lands the punch because hes coordinated.

This was the best thing in the article -- Dwight's complaint about not getting superstar calls:
I talk to (Magic assistant coach) Patrick (Ewing) about it all the time and he tells me that if I want to get those calls I have to attack the basket. And if I

Shaq had a far easier time than Dwight is having with the calls...which is something I have been pondering for the last season or so...

It's kinda ridiculous how much he gets fouled with no calls.
Some games he gets fouled hard literally every time he posts up.
It especially sucks when other teams put smaller guys on him, but the refs give the smaller guy the advantage by allowing them to foul him every time he moves with no call made.

I agree that Dwight does get unfair offensive foul calls, but thats because his only move is the post-down dunk. So good floppers are waiting for it, he needs to get a baby-hook or something to keep them off-guard

Forget the flopping, DH is getting fouled nearly every other time he touches the ball. It's almost like the refs are thinking, "Since he is strong, it should take more to be called a foul".
As I have said before, the worst part of the NBA is the way the refs call fouls differently for different players. There should never be any advantage or disadvantage to anyone and there DEFINITELY should not be any "superstar treatment" under any circumstances.

Dwight just needs to start dissing out more pain, he is starting to do it a little bit this year but he needs to do it more often. I bet if more players get with elbows they would think twice next time they try to reach in.

It's almost as if the refs are looking for any reason possible to not call a foul on Dwight.
Lebron and Wade draw 10 fta per game because the refs have a quick whistle any time they do anything.
Dwight gets 12 fta per game despite being fouled almost twice as much with no whistle.
