Boldest Bluest Fan Contest

So I see that the Magic are running a contest for the "Boldest Bluest" fan, which is basically who is the Magic's biggest fan. The requirements are that you're at the game, and I think you have to be in the O-Zone.

Well they picked all the people and I'm looking at the brackets, reading their bios, and their credibility is zero! Most of them didn't attend their first game until this season, and half of them are kids! What is wrong with the world?

So did anyone try to enter this contest at the games? I think you just had to be rowdy in the O-Zone and a Blue Crew person was supposed to find you.

Anyone? And does anyone else feel cheesed looking at these supposed "huge fans" of the Magic?

There's one old lady who sits in the lower bowl behind the basket, she's insane and deserves to win just by being a crazy person.

But yes, this contest has no merit as neither theif, I, or any other season ticket holder is in this contest.

Heck, The Fat Guy should've been included.

I wonder who would win between Fat Guy and Sweater Vest Guy?
Some people think it's obvious that it'd be the Fat Guy, but over the past few years that crazy old man has caused hell for more refs than I can think of.

:) Yeah, sweater guy is devoted. I hope he's okay health-wise, refs have been brutal at home games this year.

I remember when our coaches held back Brian Hill during that Suns home game, but what people didn't see was Sweater Vest Guy get intercepted right before he stepped foot on the court.

Magic need some more fans like that.

If there are any tickets left for Monday's game against the Cavs, some of you diehards need to get there and be loud.

Monday games are like a morgue in that building -- but last Monday was one of the worst ever. I've seen smaller crowds but that wasn't the only problem. The last group of Monday fans were old guys who pretty much sat there like they were watching TV all night after they already had downed a six pack and were on the verge of passing out. I was screaming my head off, and everyone else was just sitting. It's not usually that bad. We need a better atmosphere created by the fans for this upcoming Monday night -- posters, screaming, kazoos or some other noisemakers and some energy.
