Well I finally understand what Rick Roll'd means. I was scratching my head why anyone would have a Rick Astley avatar. I just thought the guy was seriously out of touch.

It seems as if its fake. I started to wonder after the clips kept cutting back and forth without actually showing the guy and the crowd in one shot at the game. Then I read the comments.

I don't get the scientology rick rolling. I think scientology is a bit kooky and probably even a bit scary, but I don't get the protests.

I saw this awhile back. Did the guy who did the Rickrolling control the arena's music or something (I mean, did he work there)? How did he get them to play the entire song?

Was it a pre-approved bit?

Edit: I probably just answered my own question. The cheerleaders were in on it, so it must have been pre-approved.

It's not actually Rick Astley in that vid, it's just some ginger guy. Apparently, Rick Astley is completely baffled by the whole Rick Rolled craze but says he likes it.
