I believe it's real. I don't think Kobe would pretend to do something like this, but here's the vid:

I think it's fake simply for the fact if it goes wrong, he'd be risking, besides his life, his basketball career.

put it like this, if Vladamir has a stipulation in his contract that says he's not allowed to partake in activities that could present danger (snowboarding lol), you would think that Kobe would have one as well...and a much more stringent one at that...

Looks pretty real to me! Look at the car go over the same shadow that Kobe is standing on... He looks like he only jumped over the right side of the Aston Martin, a pretty low car...

Any halfway decent video editor can alter shadows. That's probably why they picked a spot with such pronounced shadows to do it -- to reel in the marks.
