Playoff roster?

Does anyone know if they have to submit a 12 man roster like they used to, or can they use all 15 guys and change it game to game like they now can during the regular season?
The reason I ask is, we could really use Brian Cook and I would hate to have to leave him on IR. (provided we make it that far)
