ESPN really needs better looking female sideline reporters.
anyway, i'm pulling for the pistons to win the ECF and the lakers to win the WCF.
i enjoyed the last time the spurs and pistons met in the finals, but i think a detroit-LA rematch would be even more exciting to watch.
i have this sinking feeling that SA will win tonight's game in LA and steal homecourt advantage, though.

Rip went right around KG and put up a jumper just below the FT line. Unfortunately for the Cs, Pierce was there, had position, took the contact and the whistle wasn't blown, imo, should have been an offensive foul no question.
To me that was the play killed any chance the Cs had to make a comeback.
From what I saw (last 1/2 of th 4th) it's the Cs own fault they lost - seemed like they were content to go shot for shot, putting forth reduced effort on the defensive end. The Pistons just came down ran their plays and got a good shot off. Whereas the Pistons played their signature defense and made it difficult for Boston to get a good shot off in rhythm of their offense.

I started a Rodney Stuckey thread on the Pistons board last April when he was projected as a second rounder saying he was the guy I wanted to see wearing the Pistons Red, White, and Blue. Only got like 2 replies at that time. I bumped that thread over a month later when the rumor popped up that we were thinking of drafting him. Most of our posters wanted someone else, Acie Law IV was the popular choice at the time.
One of our FO guys (Presti) signed up to run Seattle and desperately tried to make a deal with Atlanta for the no. 11 pick (for Luke Ridnour) but failed. He would have taken Stuckey at 11 if he pulled that deal off. Glad he didn't.
It seems like quite a few of the Magic fans would love to have him but do you think he would have went that high if we didn't have that pick. Would your franchise have made that pick? Color me curious.
And special thanks to all the Detroit Baskeball supporters on the board.
the crux of the biscuit is the apostrophe
