Question for Magic Fans.
Now we all know that d12 is the best stud on the team, dude is almost gonna be better than shaq in his penny and shaq days(well no penny on the magic team right now).
So it seems like u guys value Turk, more than 120million dollar man lewis. The turk is clutch, the turk win games.
So who do you guys think is a better defender vs turk on the raps?
1)Anthony Parker-um turk posted him up 2 times, 2 buckets
2)The Magician Bargnani- that dude has no pixie dust left
3)Moon- good for hilight dunks...plays d by letting the offense guy blow by him and try to go for the swat
4)Bosh...naw

Either Moon or Bosh.
It might be a crazy idea (don't try this Smitch, and if you do hopefully it doesnt work).. but I'd put Bosh on Hedo and Bargs on Lewis. Lewis drives sometimes but not as much as Hedo, he's also quicker than Lewis with the ball. I'm not sure if Bosh is more mobile than Bargs but it looks like it and he could give Hedo a little trouble. Hedo would stll get off some 3's and drive but not with as much ease.
Moon can give him trouble if he plays him physical but Moon seems to give room up a lot.

I agree, I really dont think you have anyone who can stop him. He has added alot of upper body strength and easy is capable of beating players off dribble and can get to the basket at will.
You have to crowd him when he gets close to the rim to lay it in, but in that case watch out for the lob pass for a monster jam from Dwight.
The best thing you can do is to have dwight guard Bosh and hope for dwight getting into foul trouble.
I was actually very confused and concerned to see haoward guarding bosh in the last quarter.

I think Bargs and Bosh pose the most threat to Hedo of the players that the Raps will run in their rotation, Bosh wont be on Hedo unless its maybe an awkward double off and Bargs doesn't have the experience to contain the drunken sailor known as Earvin "Magic" Turkoglu. Moon will probably do in a pinch however and from the Raps standpoint should see a little time off the bench against Hedo...

The only things that can stop Hedo from scoring are timeouts, the end of the first second third and fourth quarters (however I think he scored two more times last game on the way to the locker room at the end of the game) and resting on the bench.

Your problems are deeper than who is going to guard who. Your not even double teaming Howard and still giving up wide open shots. If its not Hedo nailing buckets from outside, then it will be Lewis, or Nelson, or Evans, or whoever. I can understand not rotating to open shooters because of a double team down low, but what you showed us on Sunday was pathetic. I'll answer your question the way you want it however, Moon. Bargs is way too slow and Parker did a partially decent job, but not well enough. Your only other option at this point is to pull Bargs and put in Moon imo. Most importantly though is have Smitch tell your guys to not leave their man. Its at least a start.
