http://realgm.com/src_feature/1233/20080514/2008_nba_mock_draft_version_70_(pre_lottery_edition)
Interesting... I dont think its very accurate...
It has us picking Chase Budinger at 22
Other names that have been mentioned on the board:
Brandon Rush #23 to Jazz
CDR # 40 to Nets
Kosta Kufos #24 to Sonics
Kyle Weaver #29 to Pistons
Ryan Anderson #39 to Bulls
Roy Hibbert #20 to Nuggets
Kevin Love #16 to Sixers
OJ Mayo #4 to Memphis
Marreese Speights #6 to Clippers

Most of the guys i think are realistic for us are going under after us like CDR Brandon Rush Kyle Weaver Kufos and Anderson.

It's so pointless to make a mock draft right now. I know people get bored, but all that matters is what team gets what pick after the draft lottery occurs. And these mock drafts don't even put into consideration what the teams need. They just base it on their top players.

I really hope we do not pick Budinger too. It seems like something we'd do.

I can picture it now

"We drafted Budinger because he spreads the floor for Dwight and everybody saying we need a taller SG..he's 6'7 and can shoot 3's...mumble mumble mumble mumble mumble I like our team" - Otis Smith

Budinger would be the perfect pick to add to our list of draft busts.....i say go with Rush, hes the better defender and shooter between him and CDR
During the Wizards' rout, a heckler yelled at new Knick Steve Francis, "Hey Stevie, Where are you going next?" Francis turned to the fan and quipped, "To the bank."

Both have size at 6'7..CDR is a good defensive player and good slasher who can create with a number of moves. His shot isn't consistent but it's improving alot.

Rush, I saw alot of him this year, with me being a KU Fan. And I don't really see him being any better than the SG's we have. He is taller but not very good at creating a shot, and has bad ball-handiling skills. There were alot of games where he was quiet. But he is a good shooter just the matter of getting it off seems to be the problem. He can hold his own at defending. But I just wouldn't be looking at him for drafting if CDR is availble.

I take Budinger over any of of the guys you listed in the poll. I saw Koufas fall to 24, and I take him over Budinger.

I think we'd take Koufos or Lopez given what is left on this board but if you read the top of the mock it is clear this is based on BPA and NOT team needs. So don't get your knickers in a knot over any of his predictions here. ;)

Besides, it's impossible to make a mock before the lottery positions are confirmed, really. Many players this year are predicted fluctuating between 7-10 spots on the board depending on which mock you read.

I think Rush is gonna be a really good player. Ive compared him to Hedo before with his skill set. He can attack the rim. He can shoot it. He can pass. He can rebound. An hes a helluva defenisve player. I think hell be better then CDR.

Wow, I'd be suprised and happy if either Marreese Speights or Darrell Arthur fell to us. Either one would be a great pick for us at 22.
