Well assuming the Bulls take the hometown hero Derrick Rose and Miami takes Beasley, Udonis Haslem becomes expendable for the Heat.

The bulls have been after a scoring PF for a while and it just happens to fall into their lap.

Yea, that's true, but my gut still tells me they take Rose. He's the most talented of the group and he is from Chicago. They can trade Hinrich or Gordon for a big.

I got to believe that the Bulls are going to go for Beasley here. They have Hinrich to a big contract and the ability to match on Duhon. With Deng playing sf, Beasley would be very nice next to him. Tyrus might be available though, he sort of fell out of favor with them. I think they keep Noah as the backup and ship an expiring Gooden out for a decent center, with maybe a resigned Gordon.

Miami should get Rose which is a perfect fit for them. Rose, Wade, Marion, and Haslem, all they need is a center. Then Minny has options, but I think they go for Bayless. They need a pg and he's the next best. It drops significantly from there with maybe Mayo the next best player, but he's been in the news for the wrong reasons however. It should be an interesting draft. I can see a lot of teams wanting to trade out of the lottery too.

I loved that episode of south park when they showed the actual sketchings of the characters, so funny.

TT would be awesome. Too bad we have nothing to offer. They are stacked at guard with Gordon, Hughes, Thabo so they dont need JJ. Maybe Cook (expiring/rental shooter), our first this year and future first?

btw chad fraud had this to say about orlando's pick

The skinny: There's quite a bit of buzz over Rush at the moment. He's got the size, athleticism and shooting ability needed to excel as an NBA 2-guard. He is also an excellent defender and should be ready to step in and contribute right away. He's a perfect fit for Orlando.

I haven't really thought about it until now, but yeah two firsts might work and Bogans expiring deal to match the salaries. They could use our pick to get some center help, maybe Koufos or Hibbert. I don't know though, but I'd check it out if I were Otis.

Tim Thomas would thrive next to Dwight, so much so that I'd consider a package with Hedo, whom they don't need, but oh well, just making a point. TT would be a dream!

Tyrus Thomas. His jumpshot didnt look half bad last season either.

No team should trade the first pick in any draft imo. Rookie contracts are just way to valueable in the salary cap era. Unless you're getting a top 10 player you shouldn't even consider a deal unless it's to move down one or two picks MAX.

On the deal just mentioned. Rose or Beasley will be a better pick than anything we'd be willing to offer them. I however would be offering Hedo and Two Firsts to try to even get there attention to draft Beasley or Rose.

Psst, don't you mean "Tyrus" Thomas. He's got some attitude concerns, but I agree the guy would be very nice next to Dwight.

I was going to complain that this isn't fair because Chicago seems to have all these good picks every year...

but I guess we can't complain.

One bad year for Kirk Hinrich and suddenly the Bulls ready to throw him away. Atleast some of the fans are willing to do that. The Bulls have been waiting for years for a big man scorer. There kicking themselves for passing on Aldridge. Beasley fits there high pick-n-roll offense perfectly and he can go in the post. Do they pass on that to take a shot at what could be a franchise PG. If you ask me 2 years ago Hinrich look like he was about to become a all-star PG. I think there no question he can still get to that or close to it.
