Do any of you have them? If so, what models and what are your experiences with them?

Thanks

This is a good deal on one ^

Heres another good one:

GL:)

make sure you hide them when you leave the car or people seem to break and and steal them.

Garmins a good brand. I had one for a while on a trip and it was pretty accurate. Used it as an mp3 player with my SD card when my ipod died out.

I have Tomtom with my old Treo phone, and it works great. I just drove across the country relying on that sucker.

mikegraphix, I didn't think you could connect GPS to an iPhone?

Entry-level TomToms sucks royal ass, I returned mine 5minutes after I bought it and turned it on, only to return another one after it crashed once I linked it to my PC. Searching online, turns out the software they run on (the cheaper models I mean) is pure crap.

Yeah, TomToms are questionable, especially in big citys. I live in DC and it goes haywire every time I try to get off I-395. It just can't keep up with all these intersecting roads.

You can definitely do better.

My Blackberry 8830 has the built in GPS....I love it. Helped a lot when I was looking for places to go while visiting Georgia last weekend.

I have the Garmin Nuvi 650 widescreen...I need it for work as I run appointments to people's homes. It works great and is a life saver. Only put me in the wrong spot once but the customer told me that no GPS or even mapquest can find their house b/c an old road had been recently blocked.

I highly reccomend Garmin, it just depends how many features you need to which model you get
