A formerly bitter series just returned to it's old self.
Shields hits Crisp, Crisp charges the mound, swing swing, Navarro tackles Crisp, party starts, Gomes goes crazy.
Shields, Crisp, Gomes all ejected. All will be suspended as will Crawford, Longoria, maybe Iwamura.
A costly loss.

It's good to see Baseball is back on track. This season seems so much better now that the 'roids are out. The fighting may not be a good example for the young ones but it's a simple part of sports and competition....Entertainment.

Akinori added some street cred to the Asians, good quick punch before he got pulled out.
Crisp is a b*tch who got his A** HANDED TO HIM.
Hell of a throwdown by Navarro.
Don't know whose speed I was most impressed with when it came to getting to the fight:
Crawford who actually got in there from the outfield, or Percival who actually was the first from the bullpen.

In the end, the Rays will come out the losers, as I think Crawford, Gomes, get 5 games, Shields will lose at least one start.
The Sox will only lose Crisp, but he should get the heaviest penalty.
He overreacted and caused a near riot. I hope he gets 10 games.......actually, I kind of hope he doesn't get any suspension at all......He's just a .210 hitter, and it would be better for the Rays that he still plays on most days.
.......maybe that could be the penalty, that Crisp must bat lead off for the next 50 games straight.
