He's 100% sure he'll be back.... I hope he will be back I still believe he can be a solid role player.

HA

"The Magic have some decisions to make this offseason -- free agency, trades, and the draft. But I believe 100 percent I'll be back with the Magic," Redick wrote.

"In fact, I don't even think it's an issue. I just need to get better and earn Stan's trust and get some minutes. We shall see."

I gotta say... this makes no sense. I respect the heck out of the guy for saying this, but this is that rare case where I totally sympathize with a guy demanding a trade. It's understandable. College player of the year, 11th pick in the draft, no PT through 2 coaches, but supremely confident and quite productive in limited minutes.

I almost don't get why he's being such a good soldier. Trade in the works?

That was either hilarious or tragic, depending on whether or not you meant it as a joke.

I think one of mo or bogans is gone... whether we don't sign mo or trade bo, and that will put jj into an interesting spot.. i think he stays and gets some decent pt next year.... but i wouldnt be surprised if he doesnt

If he is still 75% sure after losing pt to a rookie, after two years of getting splinters in his ass backing up mediocre guards, then we can safely assume he is not going to be a mathematician, bookie, or anything involving numbers, stats or probability once his (occasional) playing days are up.

Imagine if we combine Mogans and JJ steps it up and we draft Lee/CDR... SG becomes the strongest position and we win 5 chips in a row.

Unfortunately, I don't think cougar was joking. I guess he wants to see Rip put up 40-50 on us next year.

Cougar as she wants Redick to show you how off you have been about Redick and he can keep his own on defense.

Honestly, I'd probably be more happy then the JJ fanboys if JJ proves me wrong. If he proves me wrong, our team is a much much better team. I don't really want to see JJ fail and chalk up another wasted pick, I just haven't seen anything and neither has 2 coaches that would prove me wrong. I just don't see it happening. I'll believe JJ can keep his own on defense when I see it. He has never really held his own defensively, not even at Duke. Again, JJ can play if we get a defensive first PG or a defensive minded SF. Since we aren't going to get either, JJ will not start(or if he does, we're not going to be a 50 win team).
