Another Vince Carter Trade Idea

Nets Trade
Vince Carter
Josh Boone
Magic Trade
Hedo
Battie
Bogans
Magic
Positives
We finally get an off guard who can create his own shot off the dribble, and although he doesn't have Ray Allens silky jumper he can hit the open 3.
I assume Vince doesn't want to watch the Nets rebuild and would probably welcome a trade to his native Florida. Boone although not starter material provides some interior toughness and could back up Dwight. I just threw Bogans in there because we'd be stacked at SG spot.
Negatives
Obviously we'll lose Turk. Although he's a great player I simply don't see us winning a championship with both him and Lewis playing together.
We'll also have a glaring hole at the PF spot (Boone isn't starter material and we'll need somebody who can hit the open J.) On the otherhand I don't see why we wouldn't be able to obtain somebody of similar calibre to Batman or better with the Mid Cap exception.
Why would New Jersey do this.
Obviously they're rebuilding and saving cap space for 2010 when LBJ becomes a free agent. Turks and Batties Contracts would come off the books then....
Thoughts?
