I expect him to be the star of the team in the future.

Though it was summer league, it looks like he could be that Star player for us in 2 years.

What do you guys think he will be?

It's hard to judge what the ceiling of a small college player like Lee will be. Playing in a weaker conference could have hidden and hindered some vast potential, or likewise it could have made him appear far better than he was. But that's the risk you take, and to me it was a fair risk v reward tradeoff when picking late in the first round.

If I had to say now, based on what I have seen of him, and read about him, I would say poor man's Brandon Roy. He looks like the kind of guy who will do a little bit of everything well. I don't know if he will ever reach All-Star status - I doubt it - but I think he could be a solid second tier player, the kind of guy who plays a vital support role behind a couple of stars on a good team.

probably a borderline star like andre igoudala....if he is good enough..he may fly to that star level:)

I think he can be an Anthony Parker type of player at the very least......he seems to be a little quicker then Parker, and a better defender tho.....I think his ceiling is probably that Brandon Roy level at the very best.....I basically see him being not as good as Roy but better than Parker, i guess........

Parker is a good comparison. I think he'll be a starting role player, and a good one at that. He'll be an above-MLE player before it's all said and done, I think.

I actually see Pietrus developing into a poor man's Iguodala, but more defensive than offensive.

Lee I could see developing along this year, maybe averaging 10 points or so off the bench. But someone will get injured or something, and he'll get a chance, and become a Kevin Martin borderline star, or Joe Johnson on Phoenix. Unfortunately, until Hedo or Shard leave or become lesser options, he won't get enough focus to be a true star.

I'm saying a star, but in the mold of Finley and Nick Anderson. They are not really all stars, but they were stars for their fan bases and good enough to put in all world performances every now and then. Great kid and a great player.

Somewhere between the star and starting role player.

Im a homer but I have a really good feeling about Lee. Hes a guy who can really do almost anything on the court an I wouldnt be shocked if he was a star player for us.

I put bench player just because nobody else did.

I don't have an opinion yet.

Way to early to tell...ask again 20 games into the regular season. I put starting role player.

I really hate being this excited about a rookie, because the last time i was this happy about a draft pick was back in 03 when we drafted Reece Gaines, and we all have seen how hes turned out

And whats really bothering me is that coming out, they are pretty similar players

Much to early to say star. He really doesn't have the stat profile in college to suggest he will be a star. SL games are relatively weak to determine anything. If you went by summer league you would think Bo Outlaw would be a superstar.

I would say that Lee could emerge as an Evans/Bogans/Stevenson type. And if he does, the Magic selected very well!
